Ellen Sideri is internationally recognized for her work in the field of trend forecasting and social research. For over two decades, Ellen has consulted with leadership brands on the state of design, emerging socio-cultural movements and their impact on product design, brand positioning, marketing, consumers and lifestyle. For the past ten years, she has pursued her interest in philosophy and the humanities through coursework in New York City. She is an active member of Color Marketing Group, Fashion Group International and World Future Society. Ellen studied Fine Arts at Boston University and is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology. Cathleen Sheehan brings diverse experience in the retail, apparel, fragrance and beauty industries to her role at ESP. Prior to joining ESP, Cathleen held various roles at Escada, Badgley Mischka and Cerruti where she worked directly with the CEO + President leading strategic initiatives in marketing, sales, production, finance and operations. She began her career as a consultant with a leading international professional advisory firm. Cathleen was voted "Best Dressed" at the Harvard Business School where she also earned an MBA. She is an active member of the Harvard Business School Club of New York, Fashion Service Network, Fashion Group International and World Future Society.
